Bug Comments:

Will add to uploadfile form so value of PHP['max_upload'] is both displayed by the form and used as the maximum upload size for the form element.

Browsers don't seem to support the max_file_size form field, so there's no way to save the user the time it takes to upload without relying on a Java applet.

Added a check to the process function so that no record is inserted if the file is too big

Issue fixed when adding file, but error message is displayed when file is edited without uploading a file.

Have added a check to see if hidden form field is empty. More elegant solution needed longterm though.

Added to TODO
