Description
Need to generate some basic documentation on the report files:

- Report file structure (i.e. fields)
- What each file contains

Have created a very basic write-up of the current report output.

Marking as complete, the documentation (though simple) currently reflects the current report file structure.

As changes are made in other issues, the documentation will continue to be updated.
