Issue Description
==================

Once #26 (https://github.com/bentasker/PHPCredLocker/issues/26) is implemented, it would
be wise to run a second crypto run on stored creds with a Group specific key. Otherwise
any user who manages to bypass group restrictions will be able to view user specific
creds

A crypto indicator has been added to groups in the DB
