Description
A longer term aspiration is to allow others to use the service, so the shortened URLs should be unique to the domain name in use rather than unique to the system as a whole.

I.e. http301.co/123 and c.http301.co/123 should both be acceptable within the database.

Closing as Won't Fix - Urlbrand is defunct, I've moved the existing redirects into LUA and moved the PHP codebase out of production.
