Issue Description
==================

Some values will need to be requested regularly, but will rarely change (e.g. a list of
vehicles).

Would be helpful to store these in the database to help minimise the number of requests to
the API. Cache time shouldn't be too long, and will need to ensure the cache is flushed if
a relevant action (such as adding/deleting a vehicle) is performed

Bulk Update

The underlying project - Vehman - is essentially EOL, so no further work's going to be
done on this component either (particularly as it's more than 1 major release behind the
current Joomla version).
