Issue Description
==================

Create a simple calculator to calculate the rough cost of a journey when provided with the
following data

- Vehicle economy
- Distance
- Price per litre/gallon

For an added bonus, allow the Vehicle economy field and price per litre field to be
pre-filled by GET variables - Can then use the Vehicle data we have stored to pre-populate
for a users vehicle.

Very basic calculator implemented. Would like to improve upon it with 'advanced'
functionality - taking the difference between urban and extra-urban MPG into account would
be a good start.

Bulk Update

The underlying project - Vehman - is essentially EOL, so no further work's going to be
done on this component either (particularly as it's more than 1 major release behind the
current Joomla version).
