Issue Description

Moreover Technologies support sitemap update notifications, so would be worth adding them
as a built-in.

Requests need to go to http://api.moreover.com/ping?sitemap=[Sitemap]

Support for Moreover has been added in the plugin and manifest, just need to update the
docs now

Actually, it looks like Moreover have removed theirs as well - I'm sure it was working
this morning when I was playing around with it, but now isn't - the name's not resolving.

Suppose it could be a DNS issue, so I'll give it a little while and then re-test.
