Claims_DB is generating an error on the Table Record count function.

On Database record count it is simply returning BADREQUEST

Add Host based authentication to Claims_DB_listener. Allow specification of a single Hostname in Config file, and give option to query a DB and TABLE for authentication of connecting host.

Project needs to be updated to accept data submissions using POST. Need to also allow GET requests so that current functionality is not broken

Add option to allow re-nicing of backup streaming so that lower end servers prioritise database requests and not the backup itself
