Bug Comments:

Source of issue identified, affected Bugs were from legacy version of BUGGER.

Previous version used bugstatus of 'C' to note a bug was closed, BUGGER PHP uses 'Y' so status of previous bug was used.

Additionally added line to set variable to null once each record is processed so that problematic records can be more easily seen

Issue caused by line 663 of form_generation.

Variable name incorrectly categorised.

Fix implemented ready for next release.
