Bug Re-opened. MS-Office documents appear to be affected by the change. Will implement workaround

Certain document types still reporting as corrupt. However not an issue in earlier builds.

MSOffice and ODF documents are known to be effective.

Issue caused by error in download_file function - had failed to remove the stripslashes declaration.
