Below are lists of ad-domains, with an Adblock Plus compatible block list of the domains I've had to manually block (the autolist isn't included as it'll likely be covered by other lists)
As of March 2018, updates to the lists are managed in a Github Repo - https://github.com/bentasker/adblocklists.
As well as the blocklists above, there are some additional tools/resources specifically intended for PiHole
