Issue Description
==================

The scripts used to compile the block lists were hacked together in a hurry well over a
year ago.

Whilst they _work_ they're not exactly tidy or particularly manageable. 

In fact, it's almost impressive how impenetrable update_addomains.sh is given it's only
actually 90 lines long.

Should really sit down and look at tidying it all up
