Issue Description

Need to identify which projects within BUGGER should really have a JIRA project created
for them.

Initial 3 are

- Mod GoogPlusFeed
- Mod BTwitter
- Mod lotto

There may well be others.

BTwitter I've not needed to make any changes to in a long time, so won't create a project
for now. Same goes for mod_lotto
