Issue Description

I've deferred this from MISC-6 so that I can see how well it works as it stands, but need
to come back and review whether having Adsense enabled on the .onion site is the best move
or not.

In the months since the onion went live, this has worked quite well. 

Does mean the "Top Countries" chart in the adsense dashboard isn't much use, but I never
really focused too much on that anyway. I think the ads will probably stay as they are, so
that they keep contributing to the maintenance costs of the site.
