Issue Description
==================

As log uses customer ID rather than name, logging a deletion is pointless as the system
won't be able to cross-reference to show exactly which customer was deleted. Need to
implement a secure method for storing this information (data needs to be encrypted).

Remote logging unaffected as it generally pushes customer name.
