Issue Description
==================

Would be good to implement the ability to securely share a password with someone without
them needing to log into the system - essentially like the functionality that 1ty.me
offers.

You'd log into Credlocker, browse to the password you want to share and click a 'Share'
link/button.

This'd generate a URL to send to the recipient, clicking would display the password and
then invalidate the link.

Would need careful thought, and to be carefully implemented as it'd likely need to bypass
some of the existing session protection mechanisms - but still worth looking at.
