Issue Description
==================

Create a submodule allowing basic parts information to be recorded against a vehicle
(values could be suggested based on other records for that vehicle model)

Example:

- Headlight Bulbs
- Engine Oil Grade
- Recommended Front Tyre Pressure
- Recommended Rear Tyre Pressure
- Front Tyre size
- Rear Tyre size

Essentially anything that may need to be referenced as a matter of course, so general
maintenance rather than specifics (a seperate submodule could be created for managing a
parts no. database)

Realistically, this project's not going to see any further development (other than
possibly some bug fixes for anything new that's found).
