Issue Description
==================

Although GPXIngest captures metadata such as the creating program, the API currently
discards this.

In order to provide a full and accurate report regarding a Journey, it may be important to
identify how the journey was recorded (which ties in with future plans to have VehmanPi
sign GPX files).
