Issue Description
==================

Would be good to have a wrapper submodule that allows specific Apps (such as VehManPi) to
execute calls specific to that App (for example VEHPI-14 would allow the current location
to be recorded, and VEHPI-15 would allow the API to instruct VehManPi to execute a core
set of instructions).
