Issue Description
==================

Although vehicle and fuel data will be stored by the API, the component will need to store
some data locally in order to function.

Before designing the component, will need to identify this data. As a starting point, will
definitely need to be able to link a (Joomla) user id to an API Key.

To begin with, the only data that will definitely need to be stored is

- Joomla User ID
- API Identity (User Key)
- API Key

Will also need to store the site's API credentials, but they can be hardcoded for testing
purposes in the meantime
