Issue Description
==================

Although strtotime is used, it doesn't particularly like properly formatted (i.e.
dd/mm/yyyy) dates.

Need to implement either a calendar selector or some other mechanism to ensure the date is
entered in the correct format

Added a calendar selector (jsdatepick), though did have to manually edit the JS to set
jsDatePickImagePath to the correct value.
