Issue Description
==================

When viewing the Journey list, it'll likely be more use if the Journeys are listed with
the most recent first. It's possible to adjust with sorttable, but it seems stupid to farm
the default behaviour out to the client.

Will need to raise an upstream FR against VehMan as there isn't currently a filter to
support this.
