Description
Although there's nothing particularly wrong with the Github Issue management system, development would better fit in with my existing workflows if the project was managed within JIRA.

Copy any existing issues across to JIRA and prepare to have static HTML exports pulled into projects.bentasker.co.uk

A copy of this issue has been raised on Github as #11 for reference purposes.

All existing issues have been moved across, preserving their original issue numbers (so #1 on Github has become JILS-1 etc).

Repository integration has also been configured.

Once the projects.bentasker.co.uk pull is live, will need to update the README on Github to direct people to it.
