misc/soliscloud-inverter-control#10: Provide ability to set clock

I noticed the battery was discharging earlier and thought I'd hit some kind of bug.

Nope, turns out the inverter clock had skewed forwards by about 5 minutes.

It'd be good to expose something so that we can programmatically align the clock from time to time.
