utilities/auto-blog-link-preserver#5: Switch to using the ArchiveBox REST API

Note: this cannot be completed until ArchiveBox makes a stable release which includes the API.

Expected to be in 0.8.0

Currently, submission requires that anonymous submission be enabled in ArchiveBox (not good) so that an anti-CSRF token can be scraped from the /add/ page.

Once the REST API is available, we should rewrite to submit via the API instead (which will also allow authentication to be turned on)
