In utilities/file_location_listing#20 we set the default result limit in the search portal to 300.
That's actually quite a few and I haven't generally needed to scroll quite that far: either what I want is near the top, or I refine the search term.
Although it could probably be reduced further, I think the default result limit should be dropped to 100.
