utilities/file_location_listing#54: Time based dorks

Results have been returned in reverse chronological order since utilities/file_location_listing#49

However, I occasionally need to search for something that generates a lot of matches and I know was a while ago.

Currently, I need to scroll down through results (and maybe re-run uncapped) until I reach the time I'm interested in.

It'd be could to add some dorks that allow searches to be constrained by time, something like:

foo since:-7d
foo start:2024-01-01 end:2024-01-21
