Once the new snippets site has been designed/built/migrated to, will need to implement support for it in this utility.
It should become the default search destination.

feat: Add snippets site and make it default (utilities/snippets_cli_go#11)
Note: this is the draft output of a preliminary build
The CLI now works with the prelimary build of the new site.
However, I'll keep this ticket open until we're ready to update the URL to point to prod.
The new site is live, so it's time to update the URL used in the tool
