Description

In order to make crawls more efficient, need a HTML sitemap.

It needs to link to the most granular resources, so

  • Issues
  • Commits (do we actually want these in there though?)
  • Container pages
  • Wiki pages

The order they're listed in doesn't really matter - this isn't really for human consumption

Actually, looking at JILs, we don't have a HTML sitemap there.

Maybe this isn't needed then - my concern is that if we do implement, it'll entail a lot of API calls
