Description

Should add a meta generator tag to the markup containing the GILS version number.

This isn't purely for vanity's sake - it helps ensure that any rsync mirrors are updated, in their entirety following a software update.

I had originally considered and discarded this.

After all, if a page has changed (because of the software update), rsync would update it anyway, so there's no net gain.

But, actually I've noticed a few cases where that's not been the case - usually where the page itself hasn't changed, but something it references has.
