Currently, the Milestones table consists of three columns
ID, Title, Status
The ID, really, is only has meaning to Gitlab itself, so we don't really need that column.
Should remove it, and use the title as the link anchor (although the ID will continue to be used in the SEF path).

Remove milestone IDs from the milestone listing table (websites/Gitlab-Issue-Listing-Script#49)
They aren't really relevant information, and the link tends to draw the eye
