Description
The existing query class is largely useless and has been written out of BTDB, rework it with an aim to re-add support for object based SQL queries

Basic functionality implemented for SELECT queries, though the WHERE functionality needs expanding to support more complex conditions (everything is an AND at the moment - not much use)
