Description
Need to run the data extraction and publish the result.

Public projects should be published on projects.bentasker.co.uk, whilst non-public projects should be published internally (probably on oldcode - undecided at the moment)

Public projects have been published to http://projects.bentasker.co.uk/archived_content_static/ under BUGGER-1

I've used the script generated in that issue to create an archive of private projects - I just flipped the public indicator in the database (there should be no exposure as I'm running against a copy not on the public internet).

Archive has been published in oldcode - all seems to be working correctly.
