Description
It's long, long overdue really, but I never expected this project to be any more than a passing thing.

Need to re-jig the JIRA setup so that versions are used, and then create a release in git.

The reason being there are more than a few bug-fixes in the system now, so it'd be really helpful to be able to tell whether a script is affected from a simple version check.

The latest commit in the repo is a bugfix, and as the project's fairly mature, I think we can justify calling the master branch version 1.0

Need to link all existing JIRA issues to the version as well - preferably without having to re-open them to edit the field and then reclose

Could do with throwing together some release notes, but it's getting late so I'll leave that for now
