MAILARCHIV-12: Filtering of additional addresses

Due to low value noise in the archives, I'm filtering out some additional addresses:

- Zenaan Harkness (zen AT freedbms.net)

Posts a lot of pro-Russia stuff (which is fine, in and of itself), but also a lot of needlessley anti-semetic bollocks. Seems to have fallen into the trap of believing Jews == Israel and it's impossible to criticise one without criticising the other (so doesn't bother trying). Lots and lots of triple brackets. Mostly provides links, but they're often Breitbart etc, and the resulting content can usually be disproven with a modicum of research.

I briefly filtered his addresses a while back and the quality of my inbox improved. Only removed the filter because he does occasionally post some relevant and interesting stuff, but it's so far and few between now that it doesn't override the shit.

Honestly thought I'd blocked this low value account ages ago. Pops up every now and then for a bit of trolling. Other than trying to engage Cecilia Tanaka doesn't seem to say much (I think he's probably got a thing for her). Previously believed to be a puppet account of Zenaan (hence the block now)

Looks like a The_Donald escapee, and seems to buy into the "no-go zones" theories you hear advanced by eejits (regardless of what the locals say). Normally wouldn't block just for that alone, but isn't willing to entertain any explanation of why what he says is wrong, so I can't be arsed to read that shite.
