Description
The decision has been made (in BEN-620) to discontinue my use of Adsense.

Need to disable module and template references to it.

Privacy Policy updates will be handled by the GDPR issue - GDPR-23

Ads are injected by this script - https://mailarchives.bentasker.co.uk/load_resources.v3.1.js

The reference to that is embedded directly into pages, it also serves other (less privacy invasive) purposes. Older resource scripts redirect to this one.

So, we should just need to update that script and then flush the CDN's cache

Actually, lets stick to sane processes.

I've published https://mailarchives.bentasker.co.uk/load_resources.v3.2.js - the same script with all the adsense references removed.

The template file for the mailarchive has been updated to reference this file, so any newly generated pages will reference it directly.

I'll get the CDN to redirect all older versions to 3.2
