Description
The entry point should load the current log file and read it in. For each entry it should then call an appropriate handler based on the domain being used

Now live on the production server having been tested.

Currently there's one handler which simply places a cache-bypassing request for a URL if a cache_hit has been recorded (allowing Joomla's hitcounter to stay a little more accurate).
