Newer charts aren't currently working - probably because there hasn't been a stats run yet

Manually triggered the cron script to perform the first stats run and the charts are now generating.

One exception (and it may just be an issue with VehManLegacy) is the getMonthlyServiceCostChart. Will investigate and raise a bug under the relevant project as needed

All that's left in testing is to enter some new data into VehManLegacy and check that it correctly replicates to the API
