Description
Once VEH-56 is ready to roll out, the existing JourneyTrackPoints table will need to be manually split to match the new table name schema

Attached file shows the commands use to renumber the tracks. Decided the number of empty tables created by manually splitting just wasn't worth the headache.

Have reset the AUTO_INCREMENT counter for JourneyTrackPoints so the values should follow on.

Current max PK is 116
