VEH-70: getLatestServiceLog doesn't take the Vehicle into account

Description
The getLatestServiceLog call returns the latest added service log entry, but doesn't take the specified vehicle into account (so the entry 'for' a car last used 10 years ago will be the latest service on the users current vehicle).

Basically the same issue as VEH-69
