Don't appear to have implemented add vehicle functionality yet! Pretty key.

In fact, the UpdateVehicle call will create a new vehicle if necessary, but the user won't currently be able to authenticate so some adjustment is needed.

Untested commit 46b1e54 should resolve the issue. The Reg in the URL should be specified as 6 0's (i.e. 000000).

Will need to update the client library
