Description
Use Black Rabbit to create the component framework. Only need a J3 version , if needed will update to work on J3.2 when Joomla is updated (given the issues with 3.2 want to wait as there are no major security fixes in the update - http://developer.joomla.org/version-3-2-2-release-notes.html)
