Description
This is a FR from a user, they'd like the plugin configuration to include a textarea where they can specify a list of services to send pings to.

The example they gave was the functionality included in Wordpress where you might add a list like this - http://www.shoutmeloud.com/wordpress-ping-list.html

It's almost ironic really, originally I was going to implement XMLRPC support into the plugin (hence the name of the plugin), but didn't need it for the services originally built-in.

To implement this FR that functionality will now need to be built in, which isn't a bad thing.
