Description
Any encryption used for double-blind passwords will need to be supported for a long time, so need to be sure that the methods used are as secure as possible - a change might mean that users can't decrypt double-blind passwords stored prior to an upgrade.

Commit b126fc7 hides the 'enable double-blind' checkbox whilst further testing/improvements are under way. Want to be sure anyone that clones the dev branch doesn't end up finding they can't retrieve passwords.
