Dan Pollock has a pretty comprehensive and well commented hosts file - https://someonewhocares.org/hosts/

It'd be worth looking over that and identifying any domains which are worth adding to the lists.

Some of it isn't really a good fit for the adblock lists (like the shock sites) but others on there (such as MS tracking etc) probably are worth blocking.

Most are actually already covered (and upstream list likely pulls them in).

The exceptions being 
#127.0.0.1 auto.search.msn.com  # Microsoft uses this server to redirect
                                # mistyped URLs to search engines. They
                                # log all such errors.


and I also want to add a zone block for 2mdn.net. The hosts file contains a shedload of blocks for subdomains of that domain, so it makes as much sense to block the zone so that any future subdomains they create don't work.
