Description
Sort of an expansion of the average mileage chart, but using all vehicle records to show a driver's monthly mileage spread across all vehicles

Chart implemented but untested.

Changed the query to ignore Servicelog entries. Whilst it is a representation of mileage, the petrol log also covers the mileage recorded there leading to some odd results on the chart.
