Description
Need to get the stats module created as there are a number of potential charts than would be good but can't efficiently be implemented until the stats table is present and populated.

Suggest including data source (I.e. Fuel, Servicing, Driver etc) as part of the primary key.

- DataSource
- DataID (Primary key of vehicle/driver)
- Stat type (Eco/avg mileage etc)
- Year
- Month
- Day
- Value

Perhaps use a specific date for overall stats (either epoch or something really far in the future)
