Description
As the stats system will be run by Cron, need to add an indicator to relevant tables so it can be quickly identified whether a stat run needs to be completed.

Should be a tinyint(1) default 0. Won't need to be added to all tables, only those which are used to generate stats, so likely to be

- Fuellog
- Serviceandmaintenance
- JourneyTracks
